Therapy Area Responsibility
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of medical affairs colleagues within the International team and partnering cross-functionally with medical platforms, commercial teams, global access and value (GAV) functions, Pfizer research and development (PRD), and legal and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Medical Affairs strategy for International, in collaboration with Global therapy area colleagues.
- Provide scientific and technical product expertise, as well as therapy area expertise, to support medical affairs activities for International and IDM assets related to specific disease areas.
- Lead a team of medical affairs colleagues and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support the development of actionable insights on Pfizer medicines and the evolving clinical reality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that insights are reflected in Specialty Care decisions and plans.
