Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Business Partner to join our Commercial Programs team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting key cross-functional programs that drive growth to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Finance Manager in understanding and navigating key commercial programs and operational issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Commercial Finance, Partner Finance, Accounting, Tax, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Translate complex financial data and issues into compelling, executive-level presentations that support informed business decision-making.
- Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic business decisions and scenario planning.
- Identify risks and opportunities within ongoing projects and present actionable insights to the Senior Manager for acceleration or mitigation.
- Provide ad hoc finance support as and when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior experience within a finance function.
- Finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc. or degree) or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong modelling skills with the ability to analyse raw data and convert into useful insights.
- Ability to present data & insights in a visually compelling format to finance and non-finance audiences.
- Highly organized with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple workstreams across multiple time zones.
- Work collaboratively and constructively with a range of partners to challenge the status quo, drive positive change, and process improvement.
