Job Description: The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within a designated geographic territory. This role involves engaging with key customers and distribution partners to secure design wins incorporating MPS products and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to MPS US Revenue growth through direct and indirect technical sales activities.
  • Manage existing distribution and non-direct sales channels in the assigned geographic territory.
  • Develop a solid technical understanding of our products and relevant solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS business.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform the development of next-generation MPS solutions.

Qualifications: A BSEE with 2+ years of experience in power management and analog systems is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish is also essential. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is a must.
