About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Catalogue Specialist to join our team at AWWG. As an Ecommerce Catalogue Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing digital content, product lifecycle, merchandising, and more under the guidance of the department head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systematically assist the Catalogue Manager with organizing and managing digital content for all brands, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketplaces.
  • Update and add new products on various marketplaces, utilizing Tradebyte and our Product Information Management (PIM) system for efficient catalogue management.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand product assortment and merchandising strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Manage product catalogues, offer creation, and image uploads, ensuring seamless integration with our e-commerce platform.
  • Categorize products, set prices, and ensure interdepartmental collaboration to meet business objectives.
  • Showcase strong organization and multitasking skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing digital assets and online catalogs, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms, with knowledge of Tradebyte being a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business insights.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and deadline orientation are essential for this role.
