Job Title: Digital Product Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Coordinator to join our team at All We Wear Group. As a Digital Product Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination of product strategies across e-commerce platforms, focusing on assortment planning, sales data analysis, and aligning availability with demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels for online channels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
  • Product Planning & Buying: Support the execution of the buying process for different e-commerce platforms, ensuring the right product is available in the right quantities across all digital channels.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on product performance, sales trends, and inventory for e-commerce channels.
  • Market Analysis: Use e-commerce analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell out, conversion rates, return rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of product assortments and promotions across all e-commerce channels.

Requirements:

  • Degree: or equivalent in Digital Marketing, BA and Marketing or similar.
  • Languages: high Level of English is a must (at least B2 level).
  • IT Skills: knowledgeable in Excel.
  • Soft Skills: you are a fast learner, versatile and detail-oriented. Proactivity and adaptability define you.
  • Experience in a retail store will be valued.
