{"h1": "Digital Planning Coordinator", "p": "At All We Wear Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Planning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and maximizing online sales.

Your main goal will be to finalize the selection and size split for digital assortment, communicate with Merchandise the needed mix of categories and price points per brand, and conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance to assess the success of seasonal products and inform future buying strategies, in collaboration with trading. Additionally, you will implement markdown strategy for ecommerce and marketplaces, coordinate activities of teams with regards to markdowns, and facilitate alignment with retail teams.

As a Digital Planning Coordinator, you will work closely with merchandising and central stock planning, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that purchased products are effectively promoted and align with the overall brand strategy.

If you have a university degree, 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, analytics, merchandising or similar, and are fluent in Spanish and English, we encourage you to apply.

**Requirements:**

* University degree
* 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, analytics, merchandising or similar
* Fluent Spanish and English, any additional languages are a plus
* High level of Excel and SAP
