- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the electronic music industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with a minimum of 4 years of management experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building and client-service skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and to hold them accountable.
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, French, and English is a requirement for this role.
- Experience with ownership of a P&L and digital media and advertising is advantageous.
