Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Director to join our team at Aon Careers. This is a senior leadership role that will play a critical part in driving regional marketing strategies and aligning marketing activities with campaign goals.

As a Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing campaigns to drive growth, ensuring alignment with Aon's global marketing strategy. You will have a dual reporting line into the Head of Global Marketing and Region CEO, and will be responsible for tailoring content to suit local markets and demands.

In this role, you will work in collaboration with regional leaders to build consistent messaging and resolve regional critical metrics and marketing growth targets. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing regional and local marketing events and campaigns, and for aligning marketing strategy, planning, and campaigns in partnership with the Head of Global Marketing and regional CCOs.

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional who has experience with digital marketing, B2B marketing communications, and has a track record of influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders in a sophisticated, matrixed environment.
