Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Communication: Answer phone calls professionally, provide information about products and services, and respond to customer inquiries.
  2. Case Management: Manage client-related cases, obtain details of customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. AML/CTF Guidelines: Understand and adapt to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing guidelines, identifying potential risks and taking appropriate action.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. New Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients, provide them with necessary information, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
  7. Customer Follow-up: Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure that their issues are resolved.
  8. Service Standards: Establish and monitor service standards for customer service in the company.
  9. Network Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize the utilization of our network for customer experience.
  10. Customer Satisfaction: Identify tasks critical to maintaining customer satisfaction levels and work with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

  1. Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2/C1 level).
  3. Education: A first degree in management studies, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  4. Skills: Problem-solving, analytical, process design, stakeholder management, effective communication, logical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
