Role Overview


As a Junior German Speaking Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for connecting with customers and expanding our market reach. This role offers a fantastic hybrid work model, blending office and remote work, to ensure a perfect balance between work and personal life.


Key Responsibilities



  • Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients, build strong relationships by understanding their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Lead Management & Negotiation: Efficiently manage your sales pipeline, diligently follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, identifying new sales opportunities and providing strategic insights to the team.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, share valuable insights, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

Requirements



  • Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about our products and services.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
