Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Researcher and Data Analyst to contribute to our Life Science & Healthcare (Oncology) division. This role encompasses three primary responsibilities: 1) conducting market research and generating insights; 2) managing and executing projects; and 3) providing exceptional client service.
In this position, you will leverage your oncology expertise to transform market research data into valuable syndicated and custom insights for our global pharmaceutical clients. Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's degree along with a Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field is essential. A Doctorate in Life Sciences or Oncology is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of the oncology sector is mandatory; familiarity with clinical drug development, commercialization processes, regulatory challenges, and access is advantageous.
- Proficiency in interpreting data and insights, crafting compelling narratives through a commercial perspective, with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply a robust understanding of disease-specific insights, including the dynamics of oncology markets, regulatory and commercial aspects of drug development, and the broader pharmaceutical landscape.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., clinical trial data, commercial information, market research data) to assess market trends, competitive dynamics, identify opportunities, and formulate forecasts.
- Conduct primary market research through interviews and surveys with medical and healthcare professionals in the oncology field, alongside secondary market research.
- Produce high-quality syndicated and custom content independently or collaboratively, adhering to product specifications and timelines.
- Effectively communicate disease-specific insights through various formats (e.g., business writing, presentations).
- Address customer inquiries and ad hoc requests with a strong grasp of complex clinical and commercial issues.
- Collaborate efficiently with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and foster cross-collaboration with other departments.

Work Schedule
