Job Description
We are seeking an IT Business Engineer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining sales strategies, creating and developing customer portfolios, conducting customer meetings, and submitting proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in defining sales strategies to drive business growth
- Create and develop customer portfolios from scratch, including commercial prospecting for key accounts, SMEs, and startups
- Conduct customer meetings with C-level executives to understand their needs and requirements
- Submit proposals and participate in project presentations to secure new business opportunities
- Provide business and technical follow-up on ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
- Graduated from an Engineering or Business School
- First experience in business development is expected
- Native English speaker (international context)
- Position based in Madrid for the UK Market
What We Offer
- Gross annual salary 35-40K€ + variable according to contracts signed and number of customer meetings carried out (uncapped variable)
- Public transport paid at 50%
- Several possible career paths, including BU Manager and position abroad
