Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Implementation Program Manager to lead our clients' global payroll and HR projects from start to finish. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

About the Role

The Global Implementation Program Manager will act as a single point of contact for our clients, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process. You will work closely with our project teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of global payroll and HR projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
  • Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • More than 6 years' experience in implementing global payroll or HR projects
  • Proven experience in program management, project management, and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and cultures
  • Able to work in a matrix organization, collaborating with senior executives and internal partners
  • Proficient in English, with additional languages an advantage
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
