About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our Business Technology Team at All We Wear Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our telecommunications systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement telecommunications solutions to support corporate operations, ensuring seamless integration with our business goals.
- Configure and manage Cisco and Fortinet network devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Collaborate with other teams to align telecommunications strategies with business objectives, driving innovation and growth.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and security protocols, maintaining the highest level of security and integrity.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and changes, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in telecommunications, with a strong foundation in network architecture and design.
- High level of English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- High level of Excel, facilitating data analysis and reporting.
- Required Technical Skills:
- Skills in configuring and managing Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal network performance.
- Experience with Cisco IOS and NX-OS, driving network innovation and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances, ensuring robust security and compliance.
- Experience with FortiGate and FortiAnalyzer (Fortinet NSE certification preferred), enhancing network management and security.
- Network management: VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network segmentation, ensuring scalable and efficient network architecture.
- Problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving network issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and communications platforms, enhancing network functionality and integration.
- Wireless Networking: Experience with designing and managing wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and mobility.
- Familiarity with Meraki SD-WAN solutions and their implementation, driving network innovation and efficiency.
- Certifications such as CCNA, demonstrating expertise and commitment to professional development.
