Project Overview

Your role will involve the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our telecommunications infrastructure across a global landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy telecommunications solutions that facilitate corporate functions.
  • Configure and oversee Cisco and Fortinet networking devices.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance network performance to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure telecommunications strategies align with organizational objectives.
  • Adhere to IT standards and security protocols.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network setups and modifications.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience with Cisco IOS and NX-OS.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances.
  • Familiarity with FortiGate and FortiAnalyzer (Fortinet NSE certification is a plus).
  • Network management expertise: VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills for efficiently diagnosing and resolving network challenges.

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of VoIP, SIP, and communication platforms.
  • Experience in designing and managing wireless networks, with knowledge of Wi-Fi standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Meraki SD-WAN solutions and their deployment.
  • Certifications such as CCNA are advantageous.
