Regional Marketing Manager Opportunity

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research to understand regional dynamics and customer needs, driving data-driven decision making.
  2. Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
  3. Define target market segments and buyer personas, informing marketing efforts.
Campaign Planning and Execution
  1. Collaborate with global teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring regional relevance.
  2. Manage regional marketing budgets, optimizing ROI.
  3. Adapt global content to regional preferences, enhancing engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing supports sales goals, driving revenue growth.
  2. Align with product teams on marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging.
  3. Coordinate with global teams for consistent messaging, reinforcing brand identity.
Partner and Channel Marketing
  1. Support regional partners with marketing programs, fostering strong relationships.
  2. Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, amplifying reach.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
  1. Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign success, informing future strategies.
  2. Analyze data to refine marketing strategies, driving continuous improvement.
  3. Report performance insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
Customer Engagement
  1. Implement programs to enhance customer loyalty, driving retention.
  2. Gather and utilize customer feedback, informing marketing efforts.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a regional or global role.
  3. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with a focus on digital marketing and data analysis.
  4. Results-driven, adaptable, and culturally aware, with a passion for driving business growth.
