The Role

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced engineers and guiding them to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy software products
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve product quality and performance
  • Manage and prioritize engineering projects to ensure timely delivery
  • Coach and mentor engineers to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time
  • Strong technical skills in software development and engineering
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
