Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, including budgeting, capital expenditure projects, and preventative maintenance.
  • Supervise and lead a team of engineers and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their duties.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of our facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, and other related systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
