Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Operations and Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts, NDAs, and other documents, including tracking durations and renewals.
  • Perform office management tasks, such as maintaining files and supplies, and controlling correspondence and parcel collection.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and management, serving as the main point of contact for updates, regulations, and audits.
  • Collaborate with HR and Delivery departments to ensure smooth business operations and efficient processes.
  • Create reports and business cases on demand, gathering necessary information.
  • Support with R&D, Social Security contributions, and audits organization.
  • Organize and coordinate events, including calendar management and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Highly experienced in Office Package, ideally Office 365 or GSuite.
  • Experience with asynchronous and collaborative working tools, such as Slack and/or Microsoft Teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent English speaker (minimum C1 level) as we are an international team.
  • Well-developed time management skills, with flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position.
