Role Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of safety and well-being within your team.
- Evaluate and implement corrective measures to maintain high standards of quality and productivity across all shifts.
- Lead and support your team while managing administrative tasks and cultivating a positive team environment.
- Assess performance metrics and propose process enhancements to optimize operations and elevate customer service.
- Collaborate with fellow managers to standardize operational processes across shifts.
A Day in the Life: Your role will involve working various shifts at one of our operational facilities. Your primary focus will be on upholding safety standards and ensuring process efficiency. Daily tasks will include managing routine team operations, addressing individual escalations, and engaging in process improvement initiatives.
As a vital member of the operations team, you will collaborate with colleagues from different departments and external partners to meet customer demands and operational targets. This will require analyzing data and performance metrics in partnership with leaders in your area, as well as discussing the operational implications of technical enhancements with engineers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or in progress).
- Proficient in written and spoken English and the local language.
- Relevant experience in data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- Experience in communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Background in a logistics environment.
- Familiarity with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional context.
