About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management team at AECOM. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management teams to deliver projects successfully
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are mitigated and resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Provide project status updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities
  • Professionally qualified, ideally Chartered Project Manager Status with the RICS, PMP, or other equivalent institution
