Job Description

The Mobility Demand Strategist will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Assistance initiatives by prioritizing and planning demands, optimizing business benefits, and working closely with multiple stakeholders across the company.

This role involves enabling the Allianz Partners Line of Business (LoB) strategy through identification, analysis, and preparation of requirements. The successful candidate will support the LoB in evolving the pipeline and harmonizing products and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain demand management strategies, policies, and tools
  • Prioritize annual IT change initiatives through the QBR process
  • Steer PD and PIC processes
  • Manage demand management processes across suppliers and business units
  • Ensure LoB portfolio aligns with PPM processes and governance
  • Track budget planning and consumption
  • Support high-level design and estimation of business demands
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in assistance processes; RSA experience is a plus
  • Ability to challenge and validate demands
  • Good knowledge of ABS and other similar systems
  • JIRA knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, and problem-solving abilities
