Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including performance marketing, PR, on-site and off-site marketing, brand awareness, and social media.
- Collaborate with the local and central marketing teams to create and execute Binance KR's annual marketing strategy, marketing activities, events, and campaigns.
- Manage and optimize our user success funnel, including oversight of and input to key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement.
- Grow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through data-driven performance marketing, competitive benchmarking, and expansion of service offerings.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to executive management and stakeholder teams.
- Attract and manage affiliates relationships, partnerships, and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in marketing.
- Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing.
- Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred.
- Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
- Data-driven and performance marketing mindset is a must.
- Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
- Language skills: Spanish, and Advanced English.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
