Job Description:

The CoE Trading Executive supports both Global CoE Trading Excellence Director and the Global CoE Managing Director to establish and ensure the success of the CoE team across 3 regions (India, Spain and Peru), responsible for communication with the network, contributing to the implementation of trading best practices and agreed process, providing admin platform support and guidelines application.

The job scope includes all digital trading activities with a major focus on programmatic, paid social, paid search executions.

To reach these objectives, they will foster great levels of relationships with the network, local biddable teams and demonstrate excellent support and coordination skills.

The Global Biddable Executive is not an expert of biddable practices but will need to get knowledgeable to digital practices under all operational aspects (bidding system, supply path management, buying platforms like DSP or SMP, account set up, ...).

This role reports into the Global CoE Trading Excellence Director based in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of the administration of biddable platforms that under CoE's scope to support local teams and CoE traders with setup, structure, access and maintenance
  • Contribute to the implementation of global guideline in biddable trading, supporting their application across markets and CoE
  • Being the first point of contact and filtering the requests, knowing who can best assist
  • Connect with Global Biddable Team and media partners for platform trainings
  • Network Communication Management
  • Connect with clients and local markets to identify rooms for improvement and ensure client satisfaction
  • Follow up with CoE traders and manager on the campaign troubleshoot
  • Stay informed of innovation and new product development with our partners to support the CoE team with regular updates on opportunities (custom algorithms, conversion API, supply path management, ...)

Requirements:

  • 0- 2 years in media planning, media trading Media Agency, Trading desk
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising
  • Languages: English (Advance)

Soft skills & Competencies:

  • Organized with strong project management skills
  • Strong competency in Excel including vLookup & Pivot Tables and comfortable manipulating numbers
  • Analytical skills are essential
  • Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in an efficient and self-sufficient manner
  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing landscape
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with people at all level of the organization
