Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Biddable Trading Platform Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position that requires a strong background in media planning and trading.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer biddable platforms under CoE's scope to support local teams and CoE traders with setup, structure, access, and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the implementation of global guidelines in biddable trading, supporting their application across markets and CoE.
  • Act as the first point of contact and filter requests, knowing who can best assist.
  • Connect with Global Biddable Team and media partners for platform trainings.
  • Monitor and provide regular Grasp reports to ensure campaign quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Strong competency in Excel, including vLookup & Pivot Tables, and comfortable manipulating numbers.
  • Analytical skills are essential.
  • Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in an efficient and self-sufficient manner.
  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
