Mission & Responsibilities

  • CoE Trading Platforms Administration
    • Responsible for the administration of biddable platforms under CoE's scope to support local teams and CoE traders with setup, structure, access, and maintenance.
    • Contribute to the implementation of global guidelines in biddable trading, supporting their application across markets and CoE.
    • Act as the first point of contact and filter requests, knowing who can best assist.
  • Network Communication Management
    • Connect with clients and local markets to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Follow up with CoE traders and managers on campaign troubleshooting.
    • Stay informed of innovation and new product development with partners to support the CoE team with regular updates on opportunities.
  • Global CoE Activity Monitoring
    • Create dashboards to monitor all biddable activities activated by CoE.
    • Provide regular reports to ensure campaign quality assurance.
  • Requirements
    • 0-2 years of experience in media planning and media trading.
    • Media agency or trading desk background.
  • Qualifications & Languages
    • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.
    • English language proficiency (advanced level).
  • Soft Skills & Competencies
    • Organized with strong project management skills.
    • Strong competency in Excel, including vLookup and Pivot Tables.
    • Ability to take initiative and perform tasks efficiently and independently.
    • Interest in emerging technologies and the digital marketing landscape.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
