Main Purpose of the Role

The Global Learning Experience Designer will work within the Learning & Development team, collaborating globally with professionals to support learners with first-class training and development on a global level. The L&D team delivers creative solutions, nurturing diverse long-term relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, and subject-matter experts to provide the best learning experience to our communities of learners.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract (8-9 months).

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to establish training needs and deliver innovative learning experiences for client projects.
  • Manage the creation and design of learning paths and curriculums integrating adult learning theory into Cornerstone LMS.
  • Collaborate with other Learning Partners as required to ensure a multi-faceted learning strategy to develop learning experiences in an Agile and iterative way.
  • Develop learning solutions with special attention to learning analytics and continuous improvement to drive future iterations.
  • Design and establish indicators since the beginning and for each project to measure the return on investment.
  • Act as a trusted consultant in the design and successful implementation of learning experiences and communicate results and updates to clients.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in social sciences, human resources, pedagogy, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Training, Professional Development, Language Skills: English Proficiency, and excellent creative copy skills.
  • Technical skills: comfort around new technologies, independence in using new tools, experience working with LMS and VILT training management preferably Cornerstone LMS, authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, MS Office and MS Office 360 tools, and Power BI and analytic tools.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary based on specific circumstances.
