**Job Title:** Production Supervisor

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in the production department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resources and production processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage human resources and production processes to ensure maximum yield and quality in a timely manner.
- Supervise batch starts and cleaning, as well as the supervision of machinery and direct labor.
- Ensure the periodic calibration status of equipment and prepare batch documentation, including protocols, labels, and annexes.
- Process quantities and times in the SCA system and request sample analysis to Quality Control.
- Collaborate with Production Technicians in organizational activities, including coordination of personnel, proposals for improvements, and training.
- Control material needs of the section and provide technical assistance.
- Propose process and equipment improvements.
**Requirements:**
- High level of technical English.
- Demonstrable experience in the area of Oral Solids Production in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Operation of ERP system, SAP or similar.
- Management of machinery and production equipment, including granulation equipment, coating equipment, and pellet manufacturing equipment.
- Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Industry is an asset.
