Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Join Tecnicas Reunidas as a Human Resources Business Partner and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of HR expertise and business acumen. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our branch objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company policies and support branch objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring a positive experience for all employees.
  • Support the HR Ops Team in implementing programs to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Coordinate with Head Office HR leaders to implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Address complex employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify training needs and support career development initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of performance management systems and processes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Availability to relocate to Chennai, India.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as HR Generalist and/or HRBP.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • High level of discretion to handle confidential information.
  • Understanding of labor law and HR processes.
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment.
