We are seeking a skilled Financial Compliance Specialist to join our team at 7Pines Resort Ibiza. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

As a Financial Compliance Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to provide exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of financial excellence.
Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, accounting, and sales teams.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance and audit processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial compliance, auditing, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (with any additional languages being an asset).
