Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Finance Trainee to join our team at Hyde.

As a Finance Trainee, you will assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Help manage the hotel's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in forecasting and financial planning activities, supporting long-term financial goals.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure proper financial documentation and adherence to budgets.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights on performance trends, costs, and profitability.

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
