Job Description

We are looking for an Assistancial Financial Analyst Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.

They will also support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.

An additional responsibility will be managing the hotel's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Furthermore, they will participate in forecasting and financial planning activities, supporting long-term financial goals.

Collaboration with different departments is essential to ensure proper financial documentation and adherence to budgets.

The Financial Analyst Intern will analyze financial data to provide insights on performance trends, costs, and profitability.

Supporting audits by ensuring all financial documentation is in order and meets internal and external compliance requirements is another key aspect of this role.

The position involves assisting with supplier payments and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Training sessions will be provided to develop a deeper understanding of hotel finance operations and accounting practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an EU National who is fluent in English and Spanish.

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of accounting software are desired.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks are necessary.

Team player with effective communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varying tasks and responsibilities is required.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as plenty of development opportunities.

Accommodation is included, and lunch is served daily at the in-house restaurant.

As part of our complete Internship Program, you will have the chance to present a final project to the Excom & Head of Departments.
