This high profile five-star hotel and restaurant on Ibiza has a big international client base. Privacy and a calm stay are high on the list of priorities and because of the professional and personal touch of the service, many guests return. Situated on a beautiful spot on the island, surrounded by nature and with views onto sea, this company works hard to commit to their own high standards.

**Internship;**:
During your internship you’re busy processing bookings through different kinds of systems. You use a different approach for every booking and you comply to various, changing conditions. Online or offline: personal discipline is important. Want to learn more on marketing and sales in the hotel business? Then this is your spot.

**Profile student;**:
You are professional, friendly and good under pressure. You like learning about various disciplines and the only thing that matters to you is that guests have a careless stay. In addition, you never lose track of what’s happening around you. Your absolute dedication is a must.

- English and Spanish (fluent)

**Daily tasks;**:

- Keeping an overview of the guests’ documentation, and calling them when any nformation’s missing
- Arranging and confirming contracts with car rental companies, spas, restaurants, boat rental companies, etc
- Filing payments and keeping financial report books

**You are;**:

- Extremely organised
- Focused on total privacy of the guests
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Friendly, professional and guest oriented
- Someone who works well under pressure
