Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain complex full stack Citrix environments and infrastructure
- Manage incidents and requests across the virtual workspace platform
- Proactively monitor and resolve infrastructure service issues prior to escalation
- Manage and technically drive all project deliverables and initiatives to completion, working with key stakeholders and project managers to implement solutions
- Liaise with managed hosting services to deliver first-class services and vendor support
- Coordinate with colleagues and peers in our US-based Enterprise Infrastructure Team
- Participate in change activity that may be scheduled out of hours
