Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Travel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our travel operations, managing our team's performance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Travel Operations team to ensure high-quality customer service and meet productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze real-time Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Act as a leader and point of contact for escalated customer issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Travel Operations Management Team to implement new projects and initiatives, such as GDS implementation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in people management and leadership.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Deep knowledge of Amadeus/GDS and experience working with DMCs.
- Experience working with systems such as Salesforce and Travelfusion.
