About the Role

As a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for driving business strategy and growth using analytical skills and operational knowledge. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement lasting changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and present Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) growth strategy
  • Develop partner profitability models and scenarios
  • Create flex demand allocation tenets and hold operations accountable
  • Build a tractor utilization management model and identify opportunities to improve tractor utilization
  • Analyse data around KPIs to generate forward-looking plans
  • Create visualisation tools and dashboards to drive action around KPIs
About the Team

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience working in an analytical role
  • Relevant experience in analysing large data sets and creating dashboards
  • Experience in working with Operational, Supply Chain or Logistics teams
