Capacity Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planning Manager to join our Amazon Freight Partner team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and efficiency in our freight operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and present growth strategies for Amazon Freight Partner
- Build and maintain partner profitability models and scenarios
- Create and implement flex demand allocation tenets and hold operations accountable to deliver the plan
- Build and maintain tractor utilization management models and identify opportunities to improve tractor utilization
- Analyse data around KPIs to generate forward-looking plans to present to senior stakeholders in the Operations business
- Create and maintain visualisation tools and dashboards to analyse and create reports for your team to drive action around KPIs
- Create or improve internal dashboards that give your colleagues better visibility of task-related data
