Our company, Claire Joster, is a leading e-commerce and marketplace group with headquarters in Barcelona.
Mission:
As the Sales Director for the DACH and BENELUX regions, you will report directly to the General Management of the Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the resources of the DACH Business Unit, encompassing the Sales department, as well as Marketing, Product, and Merchandising managers and coordinators assigned to this entity. You will oversee a team of 14 people.
- Develop and implement growth strategies within your area of responsibility to increase revenue, gross margin, customer portfolio, customer loyalty, and financial results for the business unit.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to prepare annual budgets aligned with the adopted growth strategy. Set objectives and assign them to the various entities within the Business Unit.
- Ensure seamless coordination with other departments of the Group in the implementation and follow-up of development projects.
- Be responsible for the financial performance of the DACH business unit, including its financial profitability.
Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Business Administration.
- Over 5 years of experience in sales leadership.
- Over 5 years of experience in sales.
- High proficiency in English and German is essential.
- Previous experience managing the DACH region is crucial.
- Strong leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
