About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Consultant to join our team at The Adecco Group. As a Project Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in their talent acquisition and management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personalized guidance and support to candidates throughout their career transition journey, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve their goals.
  2. Deliver seminars and conduct individual/group consultations in a face-to-face format, aligning your advice with our proprietary methodology and adapting to the diverse needs of your clients.
  3. Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services, meeting the expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
  4. Identify and capture job opportunities that can aid in the career transition of our clients, collaborating with our Prospecting Department to manage these leads effectively.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within our internal management tool.
  6. Prepare reports in the specified format, in collaboration with the Project Manager, Client, or Commercial Department responsible for the account.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Psychology, with a postgraduate degree being a plus. Other relevant degrees are also valued.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Consulting, Recruitment, or Career Guidance, with a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends.
  3. Experience in training and development, certification programs, and competency assessment is highly valued.
  4. A valid driver's license.
  5. Flexibility to travel to client locations outside of the urban area of Barcelona.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
