**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Consultant to join our team at Adp, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in project management methodologies to support multi-country payroll implementations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with global team members to analyze and implement payroll regulations in accordance with legislation.
- Perform analysis activities to define technical specifications of the information system that meet customer configuration needs.
- Conduct global kick-off calls, create project charters, and roll out plans for all countries in scope.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and provide responsive feedback to management and senior leadership.
- Explain payroll and its financial implications to clients, and train clients through online demonstrations.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing, and fulfillment regarding client-impacting issues.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent knowledge and experience with project management methodologies.
- Strong communication and cross-cultural skills.
- Technical knowledge to set up global platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
