">We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic People Operations Manager to join our Revenue organisation. In this newly created role, you will partner closely with our Go To Market (GTM) Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to build and scale our revenue growth strategy. Your focus will be on defining and executing a holistic people strategy that drives pipeline generation and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the GTM Leadership Team to shape and execute the people strategy, organisational development, and design, advising on change management and internal communication strategies.">
- Work closely with business leaders to scope the ideal employee profile, hiring, and onboarding strategy.">
- Own workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and the Business, ensuring headcount tracking and hiring aligns with targets.">
- Lead performance development cycles, including performance review sessions, calibration meetings, and coaching leaders on raising the bar for talent.">
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives, including pulse surveys, exit interviews, and retention cases.">
- Analyse business and people performance, providing insights and proposing action plans.">
- Present regular feedback to global HR and leadership teams on the function's progress to influence global people strategy and policies.">
- Develop and manage functional dashboards to measure business and people performance.">
- Partner with leadership to scale the team, develop the people, organisational structure, and environment that supports their growth and success.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will require:">- ">
- Proven experience in a Business Partner or HR leadership role within a Revenue or Go-to-Market organisation.">
- Strong background in scaling sales teams, recruitment, and talent strategy.">
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic insights and influence leadership teams on people and organisational topics.">
- Experience in organisational development and workforce planning.">
- Analytical mindset with experience and data-driven decision-making.">
- Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to provide candid feedback and facilitate positive change.">
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and drive results through others.">
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.">
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.">
