Job Description:

As a Sales Intern at SLS Barcelona, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in sales, marketing, and customer service. Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute events, including banquets, meetings, and conferences.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients.
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, providing accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and pricing.

Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
