Job Title: Bim Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Bim Design Engineer to join our team at Tresca Ingeniería. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for generating and administering 3D models for engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop conceptual engineering and prefeasibility studies
  • Collect field data through point clouds or similar techniques
  • Implement and develop 3D models in various project areas
  • Integrate multiple disciplines into a global 3D model
  • Export model information to purchasing or construction documents
  • Manage standards, information, interferences, and updates
  • Add intelligence layers to the model, including planning, costs, sustainability, O&M, security, and construction lean
