Financial Manager Role at Intrepid West Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Intrepid West Europe. As a key member of our Management Team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the Financial System and Management Accounting function for our region.

Your primary focus will be on providing financial and commercial support to our teams across West Europe, working closely with the Shared Service center in Marrakech to deliver on transactional finance tasks. You will also contribute to the overall direction of Intrepid West Europe, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and success.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Valencia, Spain, with opportunities for hybrid working. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  2. Managing financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  3. Providing financial and commercial support to teams across West Europe, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  4. Collaborating with the Shared Service center in Marrakech to deliver on transactional finance tasks
  5. Contributing to the overall direction of Intrepid West Europe as part of the Management Team

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager who can bring a strong track record of success in a similar role. You will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least 5 years of experience in a finance role with strong compliance and commercial acumen. You will also have experience with complex accounting packages, business performance reporting, and strategy development and implementation.
