Job Description

At Somfy, we're committed to inspiring new and better ways of living for all. As a Digital Traffic Leader, you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to ensure smooth traffic flow across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, email, etc.) to ensure optimal traffic and engagement.
  • Traffic Optimization: Analyze traffic data and identify areas for improvement in user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates. Implement A/B testing, SEO, and CRO strategies to enhance website traffic and performance.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on digital traffic performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor key metrics and optimize ongoing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or traffic management roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, etc.).
