Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Spain or Portugal. As our HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. You'll also provide support to our employees, generate reports, and assist with HRIS administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the EOR employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
  • Provide high-level support to our EOR employees, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Administer HRIS systems, generate reports, and provide employment verification letters
  • Collaborate with the product and operations team to create scalable systems and processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of international HR experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
  • Qualifications and certifications in UK HR are a valuable asset
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex HR issues
  • Data-driven approach, with a focus on improving response times and employee experience
  • Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom, or other ticketing tools is a plus
