- Design customized monitoring and improvement solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Determine and prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
- Fluent or native French (C1 minimum).
- Fluent or native Spanish (C1 minimum).
- English language proficiency (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
- Completed vocational training or university degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, sociology, engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and project management.
- Knowledge of market research is an asset.
- Knowledge of the postal and logistics sector is an asset.
- Ability to work in agile teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Organized and meticulous work ethic, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
- Analytical and holistic thinking, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Affinity for statistics, data, and data analysis, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making.
