About the Role

Ogury, a global adtech company, is seeking a Learning and Development Lead to shape its high-performance culture by designing, implementing, and managing impactful learning programs.

This role will play a vital part in Ogury's people strategy, providing expertise and solutions for mandatory training, employee development initiatives, and personal growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted partner to all teams, offering solutions for learning-related matters, including mandatory training, employee development, and personal growth.
  • Manage Ogury's learner management system, including uploading, updating, and creating course content, as well as data reporting and analytics.
  • Oversee global language learning programs, from scheduling to budget management.
  • Manage mandatory training and employee wellbeing platforms, partnering with stakeholders to execute market-relevant training initiatives.
  • Maintain existing L&D processes, policies, systems, and guidance materials.
  • Coordinate, develop, and manage external suppliers.
  • Create and implement marketing initiatives for all learning programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and use insights to make continuous improvements.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of L&D data to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future initiatives.
  • Utilize data insights to optimize learning experiences, improve learner engagement, and demonstrate the business impact of L&D programs.
  • Partner with the People Business Partner team to coordinate, evolve, and market development programs.
  • Translate business needs into effective learning solutions through partnering with internal and external experts and creating learning experiences and materials in line with current industry trends.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in administration of training, learning program development, and/or project management.
  • Experience within tech or demonstrable experience within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • Track record in creating, executing, and marketing successful learning programs.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • A passion for learning theory, techniques, design solutions, and evaluation.
  • Ability to manage external partners.
  • Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner with the ability to build the necessary level of partnership and influence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Fluent in English is a must, proficiency in another language (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) would be a plus.
