Real Estate Sales Consultant in Valencia

We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals with a passion for luxury real estate to manage the complete process of listing and selling high-end properties in Spain, advising both sellers and buyers.
Tasks: Search and list luxury properties in the Valencia area. Manage and contact leads, mostly international, as well as generate your own leads, creating your own portfolio of clients. Perform market analysis to estimate the value of the property. Direct contact both with the owner to advertise their property and with the client to arrange viewings. Show properties and follow up with potential buyers.- Maintain an updated list of available properties and provide feedback after each visit in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Availability to be self-employed (autónomo)
- To have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate sales
- You are passionate about sales and the Real Estate sector
- You are proactive, dynamic and like to work in dynamic and flexible environments
- You enjoy working in an autonomous way, and you have a clear orientation to objectives and results
- Be fluent in English and Spanish, and preferably also French/Dutch
Candidates must have a car and must live in the Valencia area.
Salary: €30,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
