As a Senior Manager of Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Success Team in Iberia and Emerging Markets. Your goal will be to ensure our customers have the best experience, understand best practices, and continue to grow with Workiva. You will manage a team of Customer Success professionals who will build post-sales relationships with customers to drive adoption and utilization of Workiva's products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success and growth in Iberia and Emerging Markets.
  • Lead a team of Customer Success professionals to ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with regional market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, or other GTM roles.
  • 3+ years of people and team leadership experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results against targets.
  • Skills in data analysis and summarizing data to deliver clear action plans.

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • 30% travel to other Workiva office locations.
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office.
